課程概述

Environmental Risk Analysis and Practice" is a dynamic course delving into the fundamentals of risk analysis, emphasizing its application in environmental contexts. Covering topics such as environmental toxicology, hazard identification, dose-response effects, release and exposure assessment, sensitivity and uncertainty analysis, and risk communication, this course equips participants with essential skills to assess and manage environmental risks effectively. Through paper discussions, exams, and a final presentation, students engage deeply with theoretical concepts and practical applications, preparing them for careers in environmental management, public health, and regulatory compliance. 

課程目標
Understand the science and methodologies of risk analysis and their significance in environmental decision-making processes. Develop proficiency in conducting risk analyses, including their mechanics and applications. Enhance critical thinking skills to evaluate and critique risk analyses effectively.
